By using our website or booking any service with Enhance Physio & Performance Clinic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Classes

• All classes must be booked and paid for via our website.

• Bookings are available up to 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.

• A valid class pass is required.

• Classes cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice or missed without notice will be charged.

• Please cancel your booking even if late, as a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion if your place is filled.

• Waiting list spaces are offered automatically when available.

• For safety, late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will not be admitted.

• Class passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire after the stated validity period.

• By attending classes, you confirm you are medically fit to participate and accept that exercise carries inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.

• Appropriate clothing must be worn, including grip socks for Pilates.

Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online up to 1 hour before the start time.

• New clients must book an initial assessment before follow-up appointments.

• A new injury requires a new initial assessment.

• By booking, you consent to assessment and any recommended treatment. You may withdraw consent at any time.

• Please keep your clinician informed of any changes to your medical history.

• Minimum 36 hours' notice for cancellation required.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

Private Medical Insurance

• We work with major health insurance providers.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining authorisation and checking their level of cover before treatment.

• Any policy excess or charges not covered by your insurer remain your responsibility.

• Minimum 36 hours' notice for cancellation required.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

Liability

Participation in any class or treatment is at your own risk. Enhance Physio & Performance Clinic is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided, except where required by law.

Data Protection

We collect and securely store personal and medical information necessary to provide your care. If you choose to receive emails, you also consent to appointment reminders and service updates.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, no online system is completely secure. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by publishing a revised version on our website.
