Yes. Whether you're in your second or third trimester, exercises will be adapted to suit your stage of pregnancy, comfort and ability.
In most cases, Pregnancy Pilates can be started from the second trimester. If you're new to exercise, have a high-risk pregnancy, or have any concerns, we recommend discussing this with your midwife or obstetrician before attending.

Yes. Because the classes are led by a physiotherapist, exercises can be modified to help manage common pregnancy-related conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, low back pain and sciatica. If you're experiencing significant pain, we may recommend an individual assessment before joining a group class.
